John Henry A sensational recording with so much going on, I'm tempted to compare this with a Degustation Menu We worked our way through in the Hunter Valley: All good, nothing missing, wonderful tastes which got better with each new course and each new Wine - This, then, is food for the ears, equally satisfying with rich beautifully recorded sound that is close to perfection!

The Musicians play together so well and are un-questionably happy to be making this fine recording. Bravo! Favorite track: Mossman.

about

'One of the best albums of the year...a near-perfect blend of great solos, superb compositions and arrangements, and enough wackiness never to tire...None of the Australian members of this quartet are well known in the United States, although they should be...The arrangements swing with post-bop humor and guts. The solos by both Greening and Robson are spellbinding... Steve Elphick is monstrous on bass, and Toby Hall provides the wild backbone'
